What does BODMAS stand for?

Brackets, Orders, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction. PEMDAS is the same idea: Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction.

Does multiplication always come before division?

No. They have equal priority and are done left to right, and the same goes for addition and subtraction.
